The 1912–13 season was Queens Park Rangers Football Club’s 25th year in existence and their 14th campaign in the Southern League Division One, then the highest level of non‑league football in England. Under chairman J. H. Fielding and manager James Cowan, QPR secured a 4th‑place finish, demonstrating consistent form across the season. In the FA Cup, the team advanced to the Second Round, while triumphing in the Southern Professional Charity Cup, showcasing their strength in local competition.

Jimmy Birch emerged as the season’s top scorer, netting 16 league goals (19 in all tournaments). The club’s most emphatic victory was a 4–0 win over Coventry, and their heaviest defeat came in a 1–4 loss to Swindon & Brighton. Attendance ranged from a high of 20,000 against Southampton on Christmas Day to a low of 4,000 versus Bristol Rovers in April. Home matches were played at New Park Royal.
