Box Canyon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Val Verde County, Texas, United States. The population was 34 at the 2010 census.[2] This CDP was formed prior to the 2010 census from parts of the deleted Box Canyon-Amistad CDP. [3]

Geography

Box Canyon is located at 29°32′00″N 101°9′30″W / 29.53333°N 101.15833°W / 29.53333; -101.15833 (29.5335, -101.1586).[4]

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.7 km2), all land.[5]
