Festival Huế is a festival that has been held in Huế[1] every two years since 1992.[2] Since 2002, it has included a Sacrifice to Heaven known by the Vietnamese name Nam Giao[3] which happens at the Esplanade of Sacrifice to the Heaven and Earth.
History
The first Hue Festival was held in 1992. It was named the Vietnam-France Festival until 2000, when the name was changed to Festival Huế.
