Milton J. Barney (born December 23, 1963) is a former American football wide receiver who played one season with the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League (NFL).[1] He played college football at Alcorn State University and attended Gulfport High School in Gulfport, Mississippi. He was also a member of the New Orleans Night of the Arena Football League (AFL). In 1991, he was the AFL Ironman of the Year and also named First-team All-Arena.[2]
