Skowronków [skɔˈvrɔnkuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Głuchołazy, within Nysa County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] It lies approximately 4 km (2 mi) south-east of Głuchołazy, 22 km (14 mi) south of Nysa, and 57 km (35 mi) south-west of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1958 it was a part of Czechoslovakia. The village became a part of Poland as a result of a minor land exchange with Czechoslovakia.[2]
