Balagtas (Bigaa) er en kommune i provinsen Bulacan på Filippinene. I 2015 telte kommunen 73 929 innbyggere.[3]
Byen het tidligere Bigaa, men navnet ble endret til ære for den filippinske dikter Francisco Balagtas som ble født i barrio Panginay.[trenger referanse]
