Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) var en amerikansk føderal etat underlagt Arbeidsdepartementet fra 1933 til 1940 og Justisdepartementet fra 1940 til 2003. INS ble opprettet 10. juni 1933 og hadde ansvar for å håndheve USAs innvandringsregelverk og administrere naturalisering.[1]
INS ble lagt ned 1. mars 2003,[2] i kjølvannet av terrorangrepet 11. september 2001, og oppgavene overført til U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement og U.S. Customs and Border Protection under det nyopprettede Sikkerhetsdepartementet.[2]
