Deacetoksicefalosporin-C sintaza (EC 1.14.20.1, DAOCS, penicilinska N ekspandaza, DAOC sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom penicilin-N,2-oksoglutarat:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (ekspanzija prstena).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- penicilin N + 2-oksoglutarat + O2 deacetoksicephalosporin C + sukcinat + CO2 + H2O
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi penicilina.
