Stromelizin-1 (EC 3.4.24.17, matriks metaloproteinaza 3, proteoglikanaza, kolagenaza aktivacinog protein, prokolagenazni aktivator, tranzin, MMP-3, neutralna proteoglikanaza, stromelizin, kolagen-aktivirajući protein) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
