FAD-AMP lijaza (EC 4.6.1.15, FMN ciklaza, FAD AMP-lijaza (formira ciklični-FMN)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom FAD AMP-lijaza (formira riboflavin-ciklični-4',5'-fosfat).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

FAD {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } AMP + riboflavin ciklični-4',5'-fosfat

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan Mn2+ ili Co2+.
